Welcome to Ozkilinc Laboratory!

In Ozkilinc Laboratory we work on fungal phytopathogens. We are shedding light on genetic mechanisims under fungicide resistance of fungal pathogens and their host specifity. Our group has been directing evolutionary biology questions on fungal plant pathogens by using population genetics, phylogenetics and genomics approaches.
